This can be accompanied by long term goals and nutritional advice benefitting your overall health and fitness. Whatever your background, age, current level of fitness or training experience I can help.
If you're recovering from an illness or injury I can offer rehabilitation programs working with your health care professional or physiotherapist to help get you back on your feet.

Events & Socials
Each year I like to get everyone together for a seasonal social usually Spring or Summer. We then finish off the year with either one of our popular party nights or a festive afternoon tea. These events are a great way for us all to get together properly, get dressed up and reward ourselves for all the hard work throughout the year.
