A Zumba class is a total body workout, mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness class. Combining all elements of fitness, cardio, conditioning, balance and flexibility. Originating from Columbia you are guaranteed to dance to great music and rhythms from all over the world creating a dance party atmosphere.
Online Coaching
Online coaching gives you the opportunity for you to feel your best in body and in mind from the comfort of your own home. It’s often hard to find time for ourselves to exercise around busy schedules which is why Hannah created the online group ‘Stronger Together’. The coaching is accessed via a private Facebook group where the classes are pre-recorded in advance for you to access at any time that suits you.
