Zumba

A Zumba class is a total body workout, mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness class. Combining all elements of fitness, cardio, conditioning, balance and flexibility. Originating from Columbia you are guaranteed to dance to great music and rhythms from all over the world creating a dance party atmosphere.

 
 
 
 
 

HIIT

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, it is a type of interval training that alternates between periods of short high-intensity exercise followed by low-intensity rest periods. Each exercise demonstrated throughout the class will vary in degrees of intensity so you can choose the level you feel most comfortable with.

 
 
 

Circuits

Circuit training is a traditional type of training that has been around for many years. This style of class alternates between several exercises set out as ‘stations’ that go through a cycle targeting different muscle groups with very little rest in between. Strength building and muscular endurance are the main focus of these sessions and can include the additional use of a variety of equipment.

 
 
 

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics classes are a great way to mix up a traditional gym workout with the added benefits of water. Water pressure supports the body, putting less stress on your joints, muscles and heart. The resistance of the water helps build muscular strength and because the impact of gravity is lower it allows a great range of movement around a joint.

 
 
 

Online Coaching

Online coaching gives you the opportunity for you to feel your best in body and in mind from the comfort of your own home. It’s often hard to find time for ourselves to exercise around busy schedules which is why Hannah created the online group ‘Stronger Together’. The coaching is accessed via a private Facebook group where classes ‘Go Live’ and are recorded 3 times a week for you to access at any time that suits you.

 
 
 

Aerobics

Aerobics is a fitness class that is choreographed to music and can be modified to suit any fitness level. It is designed to get your pulse raising with a total body workout. This type of class was very popular in the 80’s however Hannah has modernised the choreography so that this carefree fitness class is still available today.
